Description for Ipswitch
Relatively flat tight single track. The outer orange "X" blaze is about a 2.7 mile loop. Various marked and unmarked trails scattered throughout, easily get in a 6-9 mile ride. Recently taken over by EVMA and they have done some great trail and feature work getting this place back in shape.
Directions to Ipswitch Trailhead
Indian River Road exit west off I64. Go about .3 miles to Level Green Blvd @ Texaco Station on left. Follow .9 miles to Drew Drive (left turn) for .6 miles, trail head is marked with park sign immediately after crossing Chesapeake / Va Beach city line on the right.

A lot of great bmx stuff. There is a permit coming from the city to get more mtn bike features; log rides,totters, skinny bridges, etc. Good trail for people learning to intermediate riders. I would recommend starting at the Drew Drive opening, and ride the right side of creek. All bridges are sturdy.
