Description for Otero Canyon
This ride starts at the Tunnel Trail Head. The mileage shown is lower than actual mileage. There are lots of options, this is just one. This is mostly single track through the woods with lots of climbing, several short steep rocky ones. Several new trails have been cut in as re-routes the last two years.
Directions to Otero Canyon Trailhead
Take Tunnel to the top. Then ride West Ridge over to the drop in connecter, can't remember the name. This will drop you into Otero Canyon. Ride to the top of Otero than over to the East Ridge and connect back up to the drop in trail back to the bottom of Otero. Follow it out to the bottom. Take the Tunnel connector before you get to the Otero parking lot.
