Description for Coyote Trail
This ride consists of riding up a graded road, a four-wheel drive road and then the return is mixed in with single track. The ride is longer than listed here because of the switch backs and the trail was not visible on the map. It is easy to follow. Some loose rocky areas, a beginner with decent bike handling skills and balance will be challenged but can do it.
Directions to Coyote Trail Trailhead
Ride the graded road to the picnic area. Just to the right there is a forest service road. ride this to the top, about 3 miles from the start. When you get to the T in the roads look to your left for the single track. This is the top of Coyote Trail. Follow it down. Use the existing tracks as a guide.
