Description for Sam Braxton Nat Rec Trail
A fun, tight trail with lots of sharp, uphill, single-tracks thru the woods.
Directions to Sam Braxton Nat Rec Trail Trailhead
From I-90 in Missoula, take Exit 105 and follow Rt. 12 South (either route).
Once on South Higgins Ave, continue south until the road bends 90 degrees and see Pattee Canyon Dr. on the left.
Take Pattee Canyon Dr. and look for signs for the Pattee Canyon Recreation Area. It's on the right where the road bends 90 degrees just past the left-hand entrance to the Pattee Canyon Picnic Area.
