Description for Otay Lakes
Docks to Picnic area. I drop into the trail at the boat ramp near the Olympic Training Center. The trail is close to the road going around the lake.
Directions to Otay Lakes Trailhead
Start at Docks follow trail to Picnic table on opposite side of lake. The trail is really easy. They have built some bridges to get over some mud bogs (you don't want to fall off and get a mud bath.) Not a very popular trail but good for a quick afterwork ride or for a beginner.
