Description for Indian Creek Pine Mountain
Indian Creek/PineMountain Trail is not usually a ride that is done by itself. It is more of an extension off the Noble Canyon/Big Laguna Trail. This part of the trial is relatively technical. Good sustained technical climbs, out of Noble Canyon/Indian Creek, up from Pine Valley Creek/Cuyamaca and up from Sunrise Highway to Pine Mountain. Don't get me wrong this is very fun trail just a little tougher than the Laguna Loop. I love to combine this with Big Laguna Trail.
Directions to Indian Creek Pine Mountain Trailhead
You can get to this trail from Pine Creek Valley, from Noble Canyon, or from Sunrise highway. The closest trailhead parking is at the Pine Mountain Trailhead off Sunrise Highway.
Take I-8 east about 40 miles and exit Sunrise Highway. Go up the mountain about 10 miles to a picnic area on the right. The trail starts across the highway. I forget the picnic area name but I will post a picture. The lat long is right on it.
